Prairie Surf Studios (originally Myriad Convention Center and later Cox Convention Center) is a film production complex located in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. It was formerly a convention center and the home of several minor league teams.
Goldsmith's was acquired by Federated Department Stores in 1959, and added in 1988 to an Atlanta, Georgia-headquartered division led by that city's Rich's chain. The division expanded to include Cincinnati, Ohio -based Lazarus in 1995, with all of the division co- branded with Macy's in 2003.
It changed its name to The Goldsmiths Group in 1984. [7] In 1986, it was acquired by Oriflame, a Swedish cosmetic company who sold off the company's hotel division the following year. [8] A management buy out led by Jurek Piasecki took place in 1988 backed by Schroder Ventures. [9] The group was later listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The Oklahoma Rose Society planted the 2-acre (8,100 m 2) rose garden with 3,000 rose bushes. 1940-The rose garden was named the Oklahoma City Municipal Rose Garden and was modernized in 1950. 1963- The Will Rogers Garden Exhibition Center was built.
