A. N. R. Robinson International Airport is situated on the southwestern tip of the island of Tobago. This airport is located within walking distance of some of several of the island's beaches. The airport was commissioned in December 1940 when the Work Department laid a 670-meter (2,200 ft) landing strip.

Crown Point Lighthouse is an active lighthouse located in Scarborough, on the south west extremity of Tobago in the nearby the airport. The lighthouse consist of a square metal tower with gallery and lantern 26 metres (85 ft) high and has a focal height of 35 metres (115 ft).

The Pax House is a guest house that was built in 1916 on the grounds of Mount Saint Benedict. [7] It features views of the rising Northern Range to the north and the low lying Caroni plains of central Trinidad to the south. The House offers general tours of its grounds and guided bird watching tours.
