The Michael E. Moritz College of Law is the law school of Ohio State University, a public land-grant research university in Columbus, Ohio.Founded in 1891, the school is located in Drinko Hall on the main campus of the Ohio State University in Columbus.

Slagle then served as the President of the Law School Admission Council from 1978 to 1980 while continuing his full-time teaching at Moritz. The Center for Interdisciplinary Law and Policy Studies (CILPS) at the Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law is committed to the promotion of interdisciplinary research, teaching, and public outreach designed to shed light on the nature and operation of law and legal institutions, as well as the impacts of law on society and culture.
In 2019, Davies succeeded Alan C. Michaels as dean of Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law. [2] During his deanship, Davies additionally held the Frank R. Strong Chair in Law. [3] [4] Davies stepped down at the end of his first term as dean, and was replaced by L. Camille Hébert on an acting basis. [5] [6]
