Pioneer Field is a 3,500-seat college football stadium located in Tusculum, Tennessee. The stadium is the home of the Pioneers football team of Tusculum College . [ 1 ] The Pioneers compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II South Atlantic Conference (SAC).
His first head coaching job came in 2003 when he was hired by Tusculum College in the Tennessee town of the same name. Baucom immediately made an impression; his first year in 2003–04, he led the Pioneers to a 19–8 season en route to a South Atlantic Conference championship. For this, Baucom was named the SAC Coach of the Year.
