He ran the Mudokwan Dojo in Indianapolis for 25 years, He was graded 8th Dan Kyoshi by Kichiro Shimabukuro. From 1977 to 1997 he hosted an Indianapolis Isshin-ryu tournament and in 1983, he hosted the Isshin-Ryu World Karate Association Tournament. Mr. Lennox also wrote two books, "Isshin-Ryu Karate" and "Weapons of Isshin-Ryu".
