Victoria in Spanish means victory, not victorious. That, and Spanish speaking fans, of the anime at least, wouldn't have picked on that because in the Spanish dub she was refered to as Ceres Victoria. I would maintain Seras Victoria's name is based in Latin, not Spanish, and in Latin it *does* mean "You will be victorious".
