The most recent models of iPad Pro also support HDMI Alternate Mode/DisplayPort connections over USB-C. Compatible iPad models can be connected to a single monitor/TV.
I purchased an iPad and should receive tomorrow. Unfortunately I just realized the 9th Gen has a lightening instead of USB-C. I have some files on flash drive (mainly Word and PDF) that I need to transfer to iPad. However all I find is the lightening to usb camera adapter—is it possible to use my flash drive on the camera adapter? Thanks!

Greetings sorka95032, For help investigating the battery use of your iPad, you can go to Settings > Battery, and see which apps are using that battery power. If you need further assistance, you can Contact Apple Support directly. Take care. My only suggestion is to be the squeaky wheel and try the Genius bar again.
