Cornetto (Italian:; 'little horn') [1] is an Italian brand of ice cream cone dessert, which is manufactured and owned by the British-Dutch company Unilever.Cornetto are sold as part of the Heartbrand product line, known internationally by different names, including Algida in Italy, Wall's in the UK and Pakistan, HB in the Republic of Ireland, [2] Frigo in Spain, [3] and Kwality Wall's in India.
It is an amalgamated brand name created out of two previously separate independent companies that Unilever took over: Kwality of India and Wall's of United Kingdom. Kwality, the original Indian company, was founded in 1956, and was the first in the region to import machinery for the mass production and sale of ice cream on a commercial scale.
Lyons Maid is a brand of ice-creams and ice-lollies created in 1925 [1] as a spin-off from the J. Lyons and Co. retail organisation. It is now owned by the Froneri joint venture. Well-known brands produced by Lyons Maid included: Zoom (no longer in production), Strawberry Mivvi, Orange Maid, Lolly Gobble Choc Bomb, Fab and Haunted House .

In 2007, to celebrate the brand's 25th birthday, a 22.7 metres (74 ft) long Viennetta was made, setting the world record for longest ice cream. [2] [4]
