Cabarroguis is located in the northwestern part of the province of Quirino.It is bounded on the north, northwest and northeast by the municipalities of Diffun, and Saguday respectively, on the east and southeast by the municipality of Aglipay on the south by the municipalities of Maddela, and Nagtipunan, and on the west by the province of Nueva Vizcaya.

Diffun is the most populous town in Quirino Province and it is 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) from Cabarroguis, 21 kilometres (13 mi) from Santiago City, and 389 kilometres (242 mi) from Manila. Geography [ edit ]
It traverses through the town of Diffun and Cabarroguis into a junction with Cabarroguis–Santiago Road, it briefly passes through the town of Sagupay and continue to the town of Aglipay into a junction with Echague–Jones–Maddela Road in Maddela, it continues southwards into the town of Nagtipunan and into the province of Aurora. Maddela, officially the Municipality of Maddela (Ilocano: Ili ti Maddela; Tagalog: Bayan ng Maddela), is a municipality in the province of Quirino, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 40,943 people. [3] Maddela is the commercial hub of the province. It is between the provinces of Isabela and Aurora.
