The National Engineering School of Tunis (Arabic: المدرسة الوطنية للمهندسين بتونس), or ENIT, [2] is the oldest engineering school in the country after the National Agronomic Institute of Tunisia (1898). Part of the University of Tunis - El Manar, it is located at El Manar campus in Tunis. [1]
In 1994, educational reforms mandated the transformation of the ENSET to École supérieure des sciences et techniques de Tunis and later in 2003, the ESSTT was subscribed to the LMD reforms. In 2011, the ENSIT was established as an engineering school with both undergraduate and graduate programs.
