Brett Ratliff (born August 8, 1985) is a former American football quarterback. He was signed by the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at Butte College and Utah. He has also been a member of the Cleveland Browns, Jacksonville Jaguars, New England Patriots, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
