Kukje Machinery Co., LTD., headquartered in Korea, recently signed a contract to supply tractors to Bad Boy Inc. of Batesville, Ark. Through the OEM contract, the company will supply tractors in the 22-35 horsepower range over the next 7 years. Farm Equipment is gathering additional details and will share updates.

TYM also happens to now own the Branson brand as well as Branson's parent company (Kukje Machinery). TYM also made tractors for Cabela's under the Cabela's brand and makes them currently for Rural King ...
Bad Boy tractors are built by Kukje, they're Branson models; the 2, 3, and 4 series are previous generation models at that. The 1 series Bad Boy and respective Branson model are built by TYM; this gave Branson, and Bad Boy, a subcompact model. I believe this came to be around the time TYM purchased their initial interest in Kukje.
TYM makes/owns Branson, RK and BadBoy along with making Cabella's and a few others. They OWN Kujeke engines, but use Yanmar engines (same as John Deere) in HALF their tractors. I tried pricing out custom 55hp tractors on John Deere, New holland AND Kioti as well as TYM. Only TYM had a website that WORKED.

Today, I learned that a local small engine lawn mower and lawn equipment dealer, who has represented the Bad Boy mowers for the last 3 years, now handles their tractors.The dealer is within 5 miles of my house. They just took delivery of the full line up of machines from the 22hp to the 35hp machines.
But based on your criteria, if I needed something today, I guess I'd take another look at Kubota. #2 Yanmar. At work, we had many many Yanmar engines, they seemed decent. 1974 JD210, 10hp, 47" Deck. --- 2015 JD1023E, 60" deck. --- 2020 JD 2025R, 60" deck, Bolt On Hooks, Forks, Heavy Hitch, Frontier Aerator, EA Rake.
These two, in particular, must be quite uncomfortable as Bad Boys; the Branson machines have a much smaller seat. A less comfortable seat I'm sure, but they took up less room. The 1022 and 1025 Bad Boy subcompact tractors, like the Branson 2205 and 2505, are closer in relation to the TYM T224 and T254 than anything designed by Kukje.

I think Bad Boy wants to focus on the "Branson" relationship or "heritage" to give it more domestic "roots", it is what it is, a tractor built by TYM, who makes "private label" tractors for many manufacturers. Mahindra's 25 hp series machine was built at one point by TYM and carried the Mahindra badge.
