Chadayan Govindan (12 May 1929, Kambil in Kannur district – 9 September 1998) [1] was a Communist politician and a former minister of Kerala, South India. He was the secretary of the Kerala State Committee of Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M)) until his death on 9 September 1998. [1]
The 15 candidates of the party in Kerala, where it forms part of the Left Democratic Front, were decided at a CPI(M) state committee meeting held on 12 March 2014. [ 5 ] [ 6 ] On 19 March 2014 the party released its third list of candidates, with names of candidates in Tamil Nadu , Chhattisgarh , Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Rajasthan .
