At around 3:30pm on 7 March 2018 two women were recorded together in the town centre of Worthing and one of them resembled Gharsallah. Stopps filed a complaint with the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal on November 21, 2006 that he was discriminated against because of his gender, violating s. 8 of the "Human Rights Code," which prohibits discrimination by sex.
