East Suffolk Park, the former Suffolk Road Halls of Residence, is a B-listed quadrangle of buildings set around a large central grassed area in the Newington suburb of Edinburgh, Scotland. Dakota Hotels first opened two boutique hotels near Edinburgh Airport in South Queensferry, and in Eurocentral, Motherwell South East of Glasgow. The brand has now expanded into Central Glasgow, Leeds, and Manchester.
