The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (French: Ministère des Affaires sociales et du Travail, MAST) is a ministry of the Government of Haiti. This ministry is responsible for workplace standards on behalf of employees and is part of the Prime Minister's Cabinet.

Hôpital Universitaire Justinien is the main hospital in the second largest city in Haiti, Cap-Haïtien. It is located close to the center of the city near the Place d'Armes Cathedral. The hospital is named after Justinien Etienne, [1] a local magistrate who spearheaded and oversaw the construction of the hospital.

[ 1 ] [ 2 ] When it opened, the facility had two operating rooms, a laboratory, X-ray facilities, a pharmacy, and had its own water system, electric power, machine and vehicle shops, laundry and food services.
