In Porky's dream, an anthropomorphic fish portrayed as a hunter, is getting a fishing rod gun ready and is firing it towards Porky on the boat. Porky wakes up in the dream, and finds a ring shaped like a doughnut. He grabs the doughnut, but is caught by it, and is reeled in by the hunting fish.
Angler (voiced by Don Messick) - A villain who wears a torpedo-shaped fish suit that steals with a fishing rod. Ringmaster (voiced by Hal Smith) - A ringmaster-themed villain who has circus performers as his henchmen. Mr. Instant (voiced by Paul Frees) - A villain who carries a gun that can create anything in an instant.
Here the gun has a line reel like on a fishing rod. After spearing a fish, the reel unwinds, allowing the spearfisher room to play the fish. Reel setups are useful when ocean structures such as built up reef or kelp gardens prevent the spearfisher from towing a buoy.
They catch a raccoon, Stewart, and an elderly woman. The woman leaves, but Stewart sticks around in the hopes of being accepted as cool. Butt-Head sees a police car outside and hands the fishing rod to Stewart. A policeman kicks the door down to find Stewart holding the fishing rod, and arrests him.
