Winfield is an incorporated village located in Milton and Winfield Townships, DuPage County, Illinois, United States. The DuPage River headwaters are located directly to the north, and the river runs through the village.
Winfield Township is one of nine townships in DuPage County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2020 census, its population was 45,836 and it contained 16,445 housing units. [ 2 ] It is the least populous of the DuPage County Townships.

Woolworth Estate, also referred to Winfield Hall, is a historic estate located at Glen Cove in Nassau County, New York.It was designed in 1916 by architect C. P. H. Gilbert (1861–1952) for Frank Winfield Woolworth (1852–1919).
Belmont (also known as Belmont Valley) is a former village and unincorporated community in Lisle Township, DuPage County, Illinois, United States. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] It was first settled in 1835. It was incorporated as a village in 1980 and disincorporated in 2004, after which portions of the area were annexed into nearby Downers Grove. [ 3 ]
Godfrey retains the status of a village and is a mixture of small business, agriculture, and upper middle class housing developments. Several highways cross the village. U.S. Route 67 passes through the village center, leading south into Alton and thence into Missouri, while to the north it leads 14 miles (23 km) to Jerseyville.
Warrenville was founded in 1833 when Julius Warren and his family moved west from New York to seek a fresh start from a failing gristmill and distillery.Daniel Warren, Julius' father, claimed land at what is now McDowell Woods and Julius claimed land at what is now the Warrenville Grove Forest Preserve.
