Changing steam to only launch using the MT version in the launch options on steam + using Virtual Desktop on my Quest 2. Running it this way I have found that it does not launch on SteamVR and forces OpenXR as the launch option and I believe OpenXR is the real reason it is working.

Factory reset didn't help and then I tried to replace batteries in my controllers as for 2 months it kept in Oculus menu that they are 90% charged. After replacing everything works fine as before. Also controllers are being shown as 10% charged in my Oculus Quest 2 but it seems there is something wrong with sending they charging state to headset.
same problem dude, today everything was working and when it was time to change the batteries the right controller didint turn on for the life of me, i tried everything replacing batteries recharging, recharging batteries, restarting quest 2 but it didint work, still tryna figure this out, if someone knows pls. But then suddenly the xbox controller cannot connect to Quest 2 anymore. I searched reddit and Internet for solutions and most people suggested disable hand tracking, passthrough and restart. Some people even suggest factory reset the Quest 2. I tried most of these ways except factory reset because I did not want to re install all the games.
