Like I've said, the OoT Ganondorf is both more iconic of an appearance, being the first appearance of his humanoid form, as well as being a cleaner image. TP Ganondorf is only used because of an outdated ideal of keeping images up to date, which was attempted in Street Fighter but resisted due to the lowered quality of the new images.
