Flux (also known as FLUX.1) is a text-to-image model developed by Black Forest Labs, based in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. Black Forest Labs were founded by former employees of Stability AI. As with other text-to-image models, Flux generates images from natural language descriptions, called prompts.
An image conditioned on the prompt an astronaut riding a horse, by Hiroshige, generated by Stable Diffusion 3.5, a large-scale text-to-image model first released in 2022. A text-to-image model is a machine learning model which takes an input natural language description and produces an image matching that description.
Custom acquisition, analysis and processing plugins can be developed using ImageJ's built-in editor and a Java compiler. User-written plugins make it possible to solve many image processing and analysis problems, from three-dimensional live-cell imaging [6] to radiological image processing, [7] multiple imaging system data comparisons [8] to ...
Given an existing image, DALL-E 2 can produce "variations" of the image as individual outputs based on the original, as well as edit the image to modify or expand upon it. DALL-E 2's "inpainting" and "outpainting" use context from an image to fill in missing areas using a medium consistent with the original, following a given prompt.
Above: An image classifier, an example of a neural network trained with a discriminative objective. Below: A text-to-image model, an example of a network trained with a generative objective. Since its inception, the field of machine learning used both discriminative models and generative models, to model and predict data.
Java Advanced Imaging (JAI) is a Java platform extension API which allows developers to create their own image manipulation routines. JAI is provided as a free download directly from Oracle Corporation for the Windows, Solaris, and Linux platforms. Apple Inc. provides an OS X version of the API from their website for Mac OS X v10.3.
It provided on-the-fly conversion from XML to any format, such as HTML, WAP or text using either W3C standard techniques, or flexible custom code; Beehive: Java visual object model; Buildr: a build system for Java-based applications, including support for Scala, Groovy and a growing number of JVM languages and tools
Artificial intelligence (AI), in its broadest sense, is intelligence exhibited by machines, particularly computer systems. It is a field of research in computer science that develops and studies methods and software that enable machines to perceive their environment and use learning and intelligence to take actions that maximize their chances of achieving defined goals.
