    However I would suggest Varhadi be called a dialect of Marathi instead of a language. The language spoken in Vidarbha is Marathi with a very few changes in grammar and vocabulary. Considering the extent of Marathi vocabulary and grammar, these differences are less than 1% of it, to be called a separate language.
