Starbucks sous vide egg bites are delicious. Grabbed a box for $14.79 yesterday and at first, it didn't look too appetizing when I saw the packaging. Once I put it in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, they tasted exactly like the ones you would purchase at Starbucks. As a former Starbucks barista these are straight up the exact same.

Well, I’ve figured out a better way (totally my own opinion) to make sous vide copycat Starbucks egg bites. I randomly came across these silicone egg cups on AliExpress. They are meant to be used with just eggs, cracking an egg in each cup and then making hard boiled eggs that don’t need to be peeled.

  7. A couple of weeks ago, my partner grabbed a box while we were at Costco. I think now they have like 5 or 6 more boxes stockpiled 🤣 Definitely worth it if the alternative is paying full price for them at Starbucks. Stole some this morning. I thought they were a bit on the salty side, but still great.

When I hear "sous vide egg" I think of something entirely different from this product. However, they are actually quite tasty and do have a very unique texture. I am sure there is some form of industrial sous vide technique involved in their production, and it is fairly innovative for a fast food product.

  11. Sous Vide Egg Bites-how do you cook them? : r/Costco - Reddit

65 secs in the microwave. I usually buy the refrigerated Three Bridges ones, haven't tried the frozen ones yet. I think what I would do is put them in the fridge the day before I wanted to use them and then microwave them from thawed-but-cold. I love these sous vide egg bites, but the cooking directions aren’t working for me.
