Biker Build-Off was originally an irregularly-grouped series (termed "rounds") of contests that spanned a calendar year. The original Great Biker Build-Off was a single competition. In 2003, the second round had three contests, and the third round (2004) had six.

Santa Pod Raceway is Europe's first permanent drag racing venue for 1 ⁄ 4 mile (1,320 ft; 402 m) and 1 ⁄ 8 mile (660 ft; 201 m) racing. [1] Located in Podington, Bedfordshire, England, the drag strip was built on a disused Second World War Royal Air Force (RAF) airbase, known as RAF Podington; once used by the USAAF's 92nd Bomb Group.
Jesse appeared in special "Biker Build-Off" episodes of American Chopper in 2011 and 2012 for bike build-off competitions with Paul Teutul Jr. (representing Paul Jr. Designs) and Paul Teutul Sr. (representing Orange County Choppers), with Gas Monkey Garage (featured on the Discovery series Fast N' Loud) entering the competition in 2012.
