As far as I can tell, the only reason to ever go after corporate accounts with the username policy is that sometimes having one's company's name in the history logs could constitute advertising. So the username policy should only apply to names that clearly contain a company name (applying common sense). Everything else is better handled by COIN.

At the top of the "User-reported" section of WP:UAA, there is an HTML comment with a brief set of instructions for editors: REPORTING A USERNAME: Add * {{user-uaa|Example user}} How this username violates the username policy. ~~~~ This text is often deleted by editors when they report someone.
