Deadsquad is an Indonesian death metal band formed in 2006 in Jakarta. The band was initially started as a project by guitarist Ricky Siahaan of Seringai and Stevie Item of Andra and The Backbone, but later developed into a full band.
The band was formed by bassist Yuli in 1990; the Indonesian word "Jasad" means "dead bodies". Yuli is the original member left today. [2]In their early years, the band had already have their own materials, but mostly were lost for whatever reasons.
On October 30, 2011, SM*SH held a mini concert, titled "SM*SH Untukmu Indonesia". The concert was held at the Arena Sports Mall Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
