A slushy (also spelled slushie and less commonly slushee) [1] is a type of beverage made of flavored ice and a drink, similar to granitas but with a more liquid composition. It is also commonly called a slush, slurpee, frozen beverage, or frozen drink.
Common Slurpee flavors are frozen Cherry, Blue Raspberry, Coca-Cola, and Mountain Dew, but new flavors are introduced regularly. In the Slurpee's early history, flavors rotated much more frequently than today. Slurpee flavors were given novelty names such as Pink Fink, Adults Only, Moonshine, Kissin' Cousin, Gully Washer, Sticky Icky, and Redeye.

I think the closest you can reasonably get is a slush machine. A single chamber slush machine can be found online for $1500. However, I am able to rent one from a nearby liquor store (in the guise of a frozen margarita machine) for well under $100 a day. As for the mix, you can buy a case of generic stuff (3 gallons) for under $30.
