Samuel Brent Oscar Riegel (born October 9, 1976) is an American voice actor. He is best known for his voice roles as Donatello in the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series and Phoenix Wright in the Ace Attorney games.

It appears that she took a turn for the worse following the death of her mother--that is when she started drinking and appears to have become incompetent.
