Chapter I: A New Beginning is the third album by Canadian pop rock group the Moffatts, and the first to be released on a major label.The album was released in Canada in 1998, with the American version released the next year.
The Moffatts are a Canadian pop/rock country band composed of brothers Scott, Clint, Bob and Dave Moffatt. Scott was born on March 30, 1983, in Whitehorse, Yukon , and triplets Bob, Clint and Dave were born 11 months later in Vancouver , British Columbia , on March 8, 1984.
The music video was directed by Lionel C. Martin and premiered in 1998. The video features the Moffatts performing in a garage on a stormy day. Their garage band performance is being watched in various locations: in the living room of a young couple while they eat popcorn; in the bedroom of a girls' slumber party; and through the window of a pawn shop.
