Took Image:Europe countries map.png through photoshop to up the border contrast, and remove the color, then used Illustrator to vectorize. File usage The following page uses this file:
Fixed some flaws such as the non-overlapping borders that caused a double-line display when a stroke color was assigned. Other aspects of the map were also improved.
