High School in Don Bosco School may be divided into three; Junior High School (Grades 7-8), High School (Grades 9-10), and Senior High School (Grades 11-12). The curriculum for high school is virtually the same with the grade school with the only exceptions are; Mother Tongue, and Penmanship are removed and GMRC is renamed into RHGP.
The following year, the school was given a "candidate status" by the PAASCU. In 2015, the school was granted permit by the Department of Education to offer Senior High School (Grades 11 and 12) beginning School Year 2016–2017. It was also during this year that the current vision-mission and core values of the school were introduced.
