In October 2013, an unregistered user changed the common name to "Madagascar rosy periwinkle", apparently by combining "madagascar periwinkle" with "rosy periwinkle". This is an extremely obscure "common" name and I'm surprised this change was never caught. I've changed it back, and also added "vinca", a very common name for this plant in the USA.
