The Hamilton-Holly House is a Federal style townhouse at 4 St. Mark's Place in the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. Constructed in 1831, it was the home of Eliza Hamilton , the widow of Alexander Hamilton , from 1833 to 1842.

She was the wife of American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton and was a passionate champion and defender of Hamilton's work and efforts in the American Revolution and the founding of the United States.

[21] Between 1833 and 1842, he and his wife lived there with his mother, his sister Eliza Hamilton Holly, and her husband Sidney Augustus Holly. [21]
In 1848, Angelica's sister, Eliza Hamilton Holly, moved their 91-year-old mother, Elizabeth, from New York to Washington, D.C., [9] where she died in 1854 at age 97.
