Choi Hyun-seo (Korean: 최현서; born October 15, 2000), better known by his stage name Hiss, is a South Korean beatboxer and producer. Hiss is perhaps best known as runner-up in the Grand Beatbox Battle 2017 and winner in the Asia Beatbox Championship 2019. [1]
He was mainly an extra in musicals, movies, and dramas such as a student in the Showa era and as a child during the war. In his freshman year of high school, he watched beatbox videos on YouTube and self-taught. [3] On his birthday in second grade of high school, he received a looper, BOSS RC-505, [4] from his mother and started a loop station.

The Beatbox Battle World Championship (BBBWC) is hosted triennially (every three years) hosted by Beatbox Battle Tv in a week-long festival held in Berlin, Germany. Face-to-face beatbox battles take place in five different categories:- individual male, individual female, tag-team, loop station and crew battle.
