In 2005, the seminary moved their campus from Dayton to the suburb of Trotwood, purchasing property at 4501 Denlinger Road, Dayton, Ohio, that was formerly owned by the Dayton Jewish Federation. The school's campus now sits on an eighty-acre piece of land just inside the Trotwood city limits.
