Marvin Grim (born c. 1941) is a former American football coach and college athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at Hartnell College in Salinas, California from 1976 to 1989. Grim was the athletic director at Hartnell from 1989 to 2002. Grim graduated from Grandview High School in Grandview, Washington.
