Waterford Lakes Town Center is an outdoor mall in the Orlando, Florida metropolitan area. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] The mall is located a few miles south of the University of Central Florida on North Alafaya Trail, just off Florida State Road 408 .

After going through downtown Oviedo, SR 434 is called Alafaya Trail from its intersection with Mitchell Hammock Road south to the Orange County line to its end at SR 50 (Colonial Drive). The road continues south as Alafaya Trail only without the state road designation. Alafaya meets with State Road 50 in Union Park, FL.
The Alafaya branch has also been known as the Azalea Park branch (1965–1972), the Eastland branch (1972–1986), and the East Orange branch (1986–2000).
