Jay Leroy Hill (born March 16, 1975) is an American college football coach. He is the defensive coordinator and associate head coach at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah . [ 1 ] Hill served as the head football coach at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah from 2014 to 2022, compiling a record of 68–39 in nine seasons.
On December 7, 2022 Jay Hill was announced as his replacement leaving his head coaching position at Weber State University. [4] Hill was also given the title of associate head coach replacing Ed Lamb who was named the Head coach at Northern Colorado. [5] Preston Hadley joined Lamb at Northern Colorado as the defensive coordinator.
