Asad Bhopali was born on 10 July 1921 in Bhopal, as Asadullah Khan. [2] He was the eldest child of Munshi Ahmed Khan, a teacher of Arabian and Persian languages. In 1949, Asad Bhopali was spotted by the Fazli Brothers, a film producer duo of Bombay (now Mumbai).
