Nickname for an inhabitant of Paraćin is Džigeran, derived from the colloquial Serbian word for liver, džigerica, and originating from the 19th century.There are couple of jovial stories how it came about and both stem from the popular local rivalry between the towns of Paraćin and Jagodina.
During Ottoman rule, 13 bridges were built in Sarajevo; [1] Šeher Ćehaja Bridge is one of the most impressive ones among them. The only written document indicating the year of the erection of the bridge is a transcript of the chronogram in Mostar , indicating it was built in 994 AH (1585/1586 CE).

www.cuprija.rs Ćuprija ( Serbian Cyrillic : Ћуприја, pronounced [tɕǔprija] ) is a town and municipality located in the Pomoravlje District of central Serbia. The population of the town is 16,522, while the municipality has 25,325 inhabitants (2022 census).
Jagodina opened its zoo on July 10, 2006, at a cost of 30 million Serbian dinars. The city invested 40% and donors provided 60% of the costs while the biggest donor was the Belgrade Zoo. The zoo is located in the complex of the city park "Đurđevo brdo", a designated nature park, with an area of 20,074 square meters.
Careva Ćuprija is a small neighborhood, located on the western bank of the Topčiderska reka, on the border of Čukarica and Savski Venac municipalities. Careva Ćuprija is bordered by the Boulevard of Vojvoda Mišić and Senjak neighborhood to the north, Topčider to the east and south, Banovo Brdo to the southwest and the Sava river's Bay of Čukarica to the west, across the Ada Ciganlija.
