Jackson Lake is one of the oldest reservoirs in Georgia, United States, 44 miles (71 km) southeast of Atlanta in a rural area situated within parts of three counties (Jasper, Newton and Butts). The Lloyd Shoals Dam was built in 1910 by Central Georgia Power Company, and electricity was originally generated for the city of Macon .
There is day parking, a boat ramp facility and modern rest room houses in operation. The reservoir and the parking area are gated and closed at night by a chain link barrier. Overnight occupancy or use of the lake is prohibited at any time other than the designated dawn-to-dusk boating and fishing hours.

Little Lake Jackson is a 137-acre (0.55 km 2) lake, located within the city of Sebring, Florida. It has a maximum depth of 30 feet (9.1 m). On the north side is U.S. Highway 27 and across from that is Lake Jackson. The lake has no public access directly, although it is connected by a short canal to Lake Jackson, which has a public boat ramp.
