Kierland Commons is a lifestyle center in Phoenix, Arizona, adjacent to Scottsdale, Arizona which is used for the center's mailing addresses. The mixed-use development is centered on a "Main Street" feel and composed mostly of outdoor retail shops with residential units above and adjoining residential tower.
The Westin Kierland was developed by a group of investors led by the southwest division of Woodbine Development Corporation of Dallas, Texas. Woodbine was responsible for much the development of the 730-acre (300 ha) Kierland area which had been started in 1989 as a mixed use development with single and multifamily housing, retail and office space.
