Banks County is a county in the Northeast region of the U.S. state of Georgia. As of the 2020 census , the population was 18,035, [ 1 ] down from 18,395 in 2010. [ 2 ] The county seat is Homer . [ 3 ]
Hebron was formed by Scotch-Irish settlers and Revolutionary veterans who received land grants from the Georgia State Legislature. [5] Hebron is one of the oldest congregations in Banks County.
