Hope Township is a township in Warren County in the U.S. state of New Jersey.As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 1,835, [7] a decrease of 117 (−6.0%) from the 2010 census count of 1,952, [16] [17] which in turn reflected an increase of 61 (+3.2%) from the 1,891 counted in the 2000 census. [18]
The village was a planned community established by Moravians starting in 1769 after they purchased 1,000 acres (400 ha) from John Samuel Green, Jr. The community, previously known as Greenland, developed a detailed development plan in 1774 and was renamed Hope.
Silver Lake is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Hope Township in Warren County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, [8] that was defined as part of the 2010 United States Census. [9] [10] [11] As of the 2010 Census, the CDP's population was 368. [4]

Highfields is a historic house in East Amwell Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey that served as the home of Charles and Anne Lindbergh, the famous aviators. It was the location of the Lindbergh kidnapping, after which it was turned into a rehabilitation center. The home was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
