Claremont Fan Court mansion Sir Sydney Camm Building. Claremont Fan Court School is a co-educational private day school for pupils from 2 to 18 years. Situated outside Esher, in Surrey, sixteen miles from London, it is located on the grounds of the Claremont Estate.

It is now owned by Claremont Fan Court School, which is situated alongside the gardens. In 1949 the landscape garden was donated to the National Trust for stewardship and protection. Initially it was managed by Esher Urban District Council, who could do little more than basic maintenance and grass-cutting. [2]
