St. Peter's Catholic Church, also known as Brush Creek Church, is a historic Roman Catholic church located near Rensselaer, Ralls County, Missouri. The church was built about 1862, and is a one-story, rectangular limestone building with limestone and sandstone ornamentation. It is topped by a gable roof with belfry.
The old St. Joseph's Church was located on the north side of Lake Avenue, which is the current parking lot of St. Joseph's School, adjacent to the cemetery. Since the parish was not ready to commence the project, the money was borrowed by Cardinal George Mundelein and put towards the construction of University of St. Mary of the Lake.
Soon after, the Burrell Improvement Company donated land on the corner of Ridge Avenue and Constitution Boulevard. On July 4, 1905, the cornerstone of St. Peter Church was laid and on September 25, 1905, Bishop Regis Canevin dedicated the new church.
