Hampton is a geographic parish in Kings County, New Brunswick, Canada. [2]Prior to the 2023 governance reform, it was divided for governance purposes between the towns of Hampton and Quispamsis and the local service district of the parish of Hampton, which further included the service area of Fairmont Subdivision.

Hampton High School opened its doors on September 8, 1992, to around 640 students. The school was established to alleviate the overcrowding at Kennebecasis Valley High School, which at the time enrolled over 1,900 students. [4] Hampton High initially housed grades 10–12. In August 1996, grade 9 was moved from Hampton Junior High School.
