Po' Folks (later restyled as PoFolks) is an American family restaurant chain founded in 1975 in Anderson, South Carolina. Between 1982 and 1988, Po' Folks was operated by the fast food chain Krystal. As of December 2024, the company operates 5 locations in Florida.

Peter was sent to an elite Quaker boarding school, the George School, in Newtown, Pennsylvania, but he eventually graduated from Princeton High School, according to the Atomic Heritage Foundation.
It was founded in 1939, by Leopold Oldani, and is credited with the invention of toasted ravioli, which is considered a key example of the Cuisine of St. Louis. It was renamed Mama Campisi's in 1982, and continued under that name until 2005, when it was closed down.
