Apply early! Georgetown Law has a rolling admissions process, which means it is to your advantage to apply as early as possible. You will typically receive a decision 8-12 weeks after your Regular Decision application is completed (or approximately 4 weeks for Early Decision applications), although at some times that may not be possible.
Apply through LSAC. Application Fee or Fee Waiver. A nonrefundable $85 fee must be submitted at the time you apply. This can be done by credit card through LSAC. Georgetown Law will not issue a refund of the application fee. Georgetown Law grants merit- and need-based fee waivers on a case-by-case basis.

Georgetown’s Tax LL.M. program is open to students who hold a U.S. juris doctor degree, as well as to students who earned their primary law degree abroad. Students may pursue the Tax LL.M. degree on-campus or online, on a full-time or a part-time basis.
