    Yes - Look at the world map I posted. That was made with the mouse. Make a rough outline of what you want and then zoom in after tracing the outline, but not directly. When you zoom in to trace it, make the borders look more natural by moving your mouse. This is much, much prettier and easier if you zoom really close in.
